Unlike other alliances WAO is a place for EVERYONE to voice their opinions.  WAO members have just as much voice in decisions as those in the R4/R5 positions as we are all equal members.  Never fear to speak out as a family member of WAO!  While we do exist as an elite force rising from the ashes, all with a voice to be heard regarding alliance activity, a rank structure is still required for certain actions at specified times.  Please reference the guidelines designed to move us through these instances.  These guidelines are established to help us maintain our family relationships and bring us to a victorious future through good order, discipline and most importantly, unity as one WAO.
